Los Angeles Meeting Rooms Specifications

We offer competitively priced professional and flexible space in West Los Angeles that can accommodate up to 65 people. This beautiful space can be utilized for a variety of needs, including: conferences, workshops, trainings, classes, receptions, and movement activities. We also offer for rental, a practitioner room which is appropriate for table work, therapy sessions, or small exercise groups.

The Meeting Room has beautiful natural light, is new, and is wheelchair accessible. Chairs, tables, back jacks, and use of a kitchenette are included in the rental at no extra cost. Please see our Equipment List for further details. A local restaurant map and a hotel list will be provided with all rentals.

Our professional staff is prepared to speak with you and to assist you in reserving a room for your next event. Our goal is to make your rental arrangement successful. Description: This spacious comfortable room has natural light, fluorescent and halogen lamps, is wireless with AT&T "pro-speed", and comes equipped with 20 tables, 65 padded chairs, 12 backjacks and 15 cushions.  Perfect for any event up to 65 people theater style or 40 if participants need a table. Can be used for conferences, workshops, trainings, classes, receptions, casting sessions and movement activities. Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please see our Equipment List.

Description: This room is wireless and comes equipped with a therapy table, treadmill and 2 armchairs as seen in the photo.. Perfect for one-on-one consults or small group therapy sessions. The accordion wall between the office and kitchenette can be opened up for more space (350 sq ft total). Please see our Equipment List.

We are conveniently located just off the 10 Freeway and near the 405 Freeway. We are at 2999 Overland Avenue, #205, Los Angeles, California 90064, on the Northwest corner of National and Overland in West Los Angeles (See Map, Directions, Parking). We are close to Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, and the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). Ample street parking is available as well as parking in the building's garage by arrangement. For Week day rentals you can park at the multi-storey on Overland and Westwood for $7.50 per day.
